student (or higher) or a Master's student. (Note: Current PhD
students are not eligible).
- Field
of Study: You must be studying a STEM field (Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics).
- GPA
Requirement: You must have a strong academic record with a minimum
cumulative GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 (or 14/20).
- English
Proficiency: Strong English skills are required (a minimum TOEFL score
of 79 or IELTS 6.0 is recommended, though not strictly mandatory if your
English is excellent).
- Mentorship:
You must be selected by a KAUST faculty member for a specific research
project.
